The concept of our company was developed over a number of years starting in 2003. Ready Med Info, LLC was formally established in April, 2009. Often we would see people carrying bottles of medication to their doctor's offices. After seeing a number of people over the years struggling to remember vital health information we designed Ready Med Info. 

 

Some of these outdated medications could be potentially harmful. However, many did not have a way to update the medications they needed to take. The Ready Med Info form allows people to list their medications taken according to their start date and it also lists all their allergies and potential adverse reactions. Healthcare professionals have easy access to this information in the case of an emergency.

 

Another benefit to our product is that since it is easily stored, it can be carried on a patient at all times. With the healthcare industry in such straights today, it was important for us to develop a quality product at a competitve and affordable price.
